Changed your mind? For non-personalised items, let us know within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return them. Contact us before posting so we can provide return instructions.
Personalised items cannot be returned simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days. UK standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery estimates do not include the time needed to make your order.
